Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The piece is unworn, unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
• It is returned in its original packaging, complete with tags and certification card.
• Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the craftsmanship and hygiene of our jewellery, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Custom, engraved, or made-to-measure pieces created specifically for you.
• Earrings, once removed from their sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons.
• Items showing visible signs of wear, resizing, or alteration.

How To Request a Return

Getting started is simple:

• Email us at zaveristudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will confirm your eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit where applicable, within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.

Exchanges & Size Adjustments

Prefer a different size or design instead of a refund? We are happy to arrange an exchange within the same 14-day window, subject to availability. Reach out to our team and we will guide you through selecting your replacement piece.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.
