These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Zaveri Studio website and store. By placing an order, creating an account, or simply browsing our collections, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our store.

Our Products

Every piece at Zaveri Studio is crafted using ethically sourced moissanite gemstones — a brilliant, enduring alternative to mined diamonds. We take great care to represent our jewellery, including images, descriptions and pricing, as accurately as possible.

• Slight variations in stone, finish or metal tone may occur, as each piece is individually crafted.
• Colours may appear slightly different across devices and screens.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any design at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase, which we confirm once payment is verified. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, including cards and cash on delivery where available.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability until payment has been fully verified.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped free of charge across Pakistan, with an estimated delivery window of 3 to 4 weeks as each piece is made to order. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our dedicated Shipping and Return & Refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including our designs, photography, logo, text and layout — is the property of Zaveri Studio and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing may be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Your Account

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Limitation Of Liability

Zaveri Studio makes every effort to ensure our store and products meet the highest standard.
