Free Shipping, Always
We are proud to offer complimentary shipping on every order, anywhere in Pakistan — no minimum order value required. Whether you are ordering a single ring or a full set, the delivery cost is on us.
Delivery Timeline
Each Zaveri Studio piece is made to order — our moissanite gemstones are hand-set and finished only once your order is placed, so every piece is as new and precise as possible. This craftsmanship means your order will arrive within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. We believe it is worth the wait.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and confirmed, our atelier begins preparing your piece. You will receive a confirmation on your email or WhatsApp number, and a second update once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
Where We Deliver
We ship to every city across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, your tracking details will be shared so you can follow your order right up to your doorstep.
Delays & Exceptions
While 3 to 4 weeks is our standard delivery window, occasional delays may occur during high-demand periods, public holidays, or for heavily customised pieces. If your order is taking longer than expected, our team will proactively keep you informed.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Every piece is carefully packaged and insured in transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution at no extra cost to you.
